The restaurant at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa is based on contemporary themes using fresh produce which is bought together by head chef Carl Smith. Menus are changed seasonally and reflect traditional dishes from both British and continental inspirations. The Restaurant has two AA rosettes and serves clean, uncluttered dishes that are both attractive and full of subtle flavour. Their pastry chef ensures that desserts are decadent and perfectly complement a wonderful dining experience. Guests can reserve tables for special anniversaries and celebrations and there are also two beautifully appointed private dining rooms where classic cuisine is coupled with smart, attentive service. Tables can be provided for small intimate evenings for eight all the way through to the Oak room with its distinctive wood panelling catering for up to 40 guests. The aim at the Brandshatch Hotel & Spa Restaurant is to serve traditional favourites with a contemporary twist and to create some new dishes with the hope they will one day be considered traditional favourites too.
