Bewl is home to the largest stretch of inland water in the South East. Woodland and scenic landscapes surround the water’s edge, and there is something for the whole family to enjoy. The host of activities available include walking or cycling around the reservoir to take in the impressive views.
If you feel up to the challenge, you can make a day of it and tackle the whole 12.5-mile route – with lots of nature trails and an abundance of wildlife there is lots to explore and see.
There is plenty to do out on the water, too, including sailing, fishing, pedalo hire (weather dependent), or the Bewl Belle offers boat trips so you can relax and take in the panoramic views.
Keep little ones entertained with mini golf or the adventure playground, fully equipped with fun climbing frames. There’s also the soft play area by the Waterfront Café.
For those a little older, the Ultimate Laser Challenge guarantees an adrenaline-filled contest as you hide out and camouflage yourself throughout the dens and bunkers in the woods.
After a day of fun, refuel in the café or The Boat House Bistro.
